The TUAN Group Corporate Office interior design project aims to create a modern, high-performance workspace that enhances efficiency and fosters a sophisticated, welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

Design Philosophy

Entry Lobby: The lobby serves as the initial point of contact for the office and is designed to make a strong, modern impression. The space features a prominent TUAN Group logo and a mix of textured walls and glass railings. The design employs a simple color palette and modern lighting fixtures to create a professional and clean aesthetic.

Reception: The reception area is designed with a contemporary flair, featuring a front desk with a unique circular panel design8888. The space features a comfortable seating area for visitors and is backed by a wall displaying the company’s branding. The design also incorporates a combination of gray, white, and brown tones, complemented by overhead lighting and subtle accents.

Workstation: Workstations are organized in an open layout to foster collaboration and productivity. A vivid blend of yellow and green energizes the setting. Green panels divide desks, and contemporary geometric lighting brightens the area. Motivational quotes, like “The harder you work, the more luck you have,” inspire the team.

MD Room: The MD’s private office is designed to be a comfortable yet sophisticated space for high-level tasks. It features a large desk, a television, and a dedicated seating area with a sofa, offering a space for both work and informal meetings. The room’s palette is darker than that of the main office, with rich wood tones and textured walls, creating an elegant and focused environment.

MD Rest Room: A dedicated MD Rest Room is included, as shown on the floor plan. The images show a bedroom with a bed, a window with a security grill, and artwork on the walls. The room features a blend of modern and classic elements, complete with a wardrobe for storage.

Director’s Room: The Director’s Room is a professional space designed for focus and productivity. It includes a desk, a large screen, and a seating area with a sofa. The room has large windows with security grills and features a simple, modern design.

Meeting RoomThe Meeting Room is a formal space designed to support focused group discussions and presentations. The clean, professional design, along with a large screen and thoughtfully selected artwork, fosters a productive and engaging meeting environment.

Sample Room: A Sample Room is shown on the floor plan. The images depict a space featuring a round table and chairs, as well as hanging racks that appear to hold clothing samples. The room has a simple design and is well-lit, featuring a large light fixture.

Pantry: The Pantry is a shared area for staff. The images depict a space featuring a large table and seating, as well as a small counter area with a refrigerator and shelving. The design is modern and functional, with a focus on providing a comfortable space for breaks.
