Silver Developers’ Gulshan 2 office required a real estate workspace that balances client engagement with internal operations. The design creates professional environments supporting property development while accommodating multiple leadership levels and extensive workstation needs.

Design Philosophy

Reception: We designed the reception as a gateway that reflects Silver Developers’ status in Dhaka’s real estate market. The space impresses investors and clients while handling the high visitor volume typical of property development. Premium materials and refined lighting convey trust and reliability, essential for real estate transactions.

Work Station: Our design meets the operational needs of real estate development, from planning to sales. We created organized environments that support focus and collaboration, with ample storage for documentation and marketing materials. The layout maximizes efficiency while maintaining a professional standard reflecting the company’s status.

Conference Room: We designed the conference room as Silver Developers’ main venue for client presentations, property showcases, and investor meetings. The space features advanced technology for plans and visualizations, with proportions that signal corporate achievement. The layout enables formal presentations and collaborative sessions with clients and partners.

MD Room: The MD room embodies executive leadership in real estate, featuring prestigious materials and a commanding presence. We designed it to support major decisions and key stakeholder meetings while keeping the impressive presentation critical for investment discussions. The layout ensures executive privacy and accessibility for essential relationships.

Director Room – 1: The first Director room is a specialized environment that supports specific divisions within the company. The space maintains executive presentation standards, focusing on leadership functions and targeted client relationships. The layout supports both executive work and departmental meetings.

Director Room – 2: The second Director room adds executive capacity while maintaining consistent standards. We created a setting that enables parallel executive functions and ensures leadership accessibility for complex projects. The design conveys authority and supports collaborative decision-making, which is essential for development operations.
