The interior design for Mr. Rupok’s office, Top Work USA, in Banasree, Dhaka, aims to create an efficient, high-performance workplace that blends corporate professionalism with a welcoming touch. The layout clearly separates public and private areas. Emphasizing natural light and acoustics, the simple material palette achieves a professional, approachable look.

Entry Lobby

The lobby is designed to be welcoming and inspiring. Walls display motivational phrases like “INSPIRATION IS THE KEY TO EVERYTHING” to create a positive tone. Decorative elements, combined with balanced color and texture, evoke a modern feel.

Reception

The reception serves as a central hub for guests and also functions as a casual lounge. The prominent desk and guest seating define the area. One wall features the phrase “KNOWLEDGE SPEAKS BUT WISDOM LISTENS” and the company logo to reinforce brand identity.

Workstation

Workstations are arranged for efficiency and collaboration, with an organized layout that emphasizes natural light. Motivational slogans like “TEAMWORK I SUCCESS” encourage a productive atmosphere.

CEO Room (1st Floor) & MD Room (2nd Floor)

The CEO and MD offices prioritize privacy and focus, featuring modern, minimalist furnishings, including desks, chairs, and sofas, for comfortable and professional meetings.

Conference Room

The conference room features a large table and chairs for group meetings, with a clean, professional design and a large screen for presentations. Inspirational quotes like “DECISION MAKING” and “INNOVATIVE IDEAS” are displayed to prompt discussion.

Cafeteria

The cafeteria, a staff break area, provides both small tables and a high-top bar with stools. Light colors and playful decor create a relaxed, casual atmosphere that sets the tone for a space away from workstations.
