Mr. Nuruzzaman’s Mohammadia Housing office needed a corporate environment that balanced executive authority and operational efficiency across departments. The challenge was to create a workspace that supported hierarchical functions, encouraged collaboration, and upheld professional standards in this prestigious field.

Design Philosophy

Reception: We designed an entrance that establishes credibility and professional warmth, using premium materials and strategic spatial arrangements to create a welcoming yet authoritative first impression.

MD Room: The executive office exudes leadership with sophisticated proportions and premium finishes. Strategic positioning enables organizational oversight and privacy necessary for high-level decision-making and confidential business development.

Manager Room: This space reflects mid-level authority while staying accessible to departments. We designed flexible arrangements that support both supervision and hands-on management, with direct connections to workstations for team coordination.

Conference Room: The main meeting space is the business center, equipped with advanced presentation technology and acoustics that ensure all sessions and negotiations meet corporate standards.

Workstation: The workstation network emphasizes both collaborative efficiency and individual productivity. Open configurations encourage knowledge sharing and supervision, ensuring quality control across departments.

Pantry: We created a break area that doubles as an informal collaboration hub, offering modern amenities and comfortable arrangements for quick breaks or team discussions to support morale and problem-solving.
