Novo Nordisk’s Tejgaon office required a world-class pharmaceutical workspace that merges corporate sophistication with wellness-focused functionality. The challenge was designing a comprehensive headquarters that embodies the company’s global healthcare leadership while integrating advanced acoustic solutions, sustainable materials, and employee wellbeing features critical to modern pharmaceutical operations.

Design Philosophy

Reception: We created an impressive corporate gateway with auto-sliding doors and premium upholstery that instantly signals pharmaceutical industry leadership. The space incorporates vital safety features, including fire safety systems, while preserving the sophisticated aesthetic expected from a global healthcare company.

Coffee Zone: This wellness-centric break area serves as the social hub of the office, featuring refined breakout areas with rustic leather finishes and targeted LED lighting. We preserved brand identity while crafting inviting spaces that encourage employee engagement and mental wellness amid demanding pharmaceutical schedules.

Double Glazing Glass Systems: Our holistic acoustic solution ensures the confidentiality vital to pharmaceutical operations. The double glazing technology delivers energy efficiency and noise reduction, allowing private discussions in meeting and executive rooms while reducing the building’s environmental impact.

Meeting Room 1: We have developed a premium conference space featuring specialized acoustic panels and distinctive Kaise Bolon carpets for enhanced sound absorption. This room hosts confidential pharmaceutical discussions, clinical data reviews, and strategic planning sessions that demand total privacy.

Meeting Room 2: The secondary conference space maintains acoustic excellence while providing additional capacity for departmental meetings and training sessions essential to pharmaceutical operations and regulatory compliance.

Phone Booth Workstations: These innovative private communication pods address frequent confidential calls inherent in pharmaceutical work, featuring double-glazed glass doors, integrated seating, and natural green accents to ensure acoustic privacy while maintaining visual connection to the main workspace.

Open Workstations: The main work areas feature advanced carpeting and ergonomic management chairs that support detailed, analytical pharmaceutical work. Dual-layer roller blinds enable precise lighting control for computer-intensive tasks and data analysis.

Washroom Fixtures: We selected premium wall-hung fixtures and modern basin systems to uphold strict hygiene standards essential to pharmaceutical environments while reflecting the corporate quality demanded of global healthcare leaders.
