Nannu Spinning Mill’s office required an industrial workspace tailored for the demands of textile manufacturing management. The challenge was to develop a two-story headquarters that unifies quality control, production management, and executive oversight, while preserving the durability crucial for effective spinning mill management.

Design Philosophy

Ground Floor

Conference Room: The meeting space addresses the intricate coordination needs of textile production, including resilient surfaces and advanced presentation tools to support detailed planning and quality review meetings with suppliers and clients.

QC Manager & Needle Issue Zone: This central quality control hub facilitates critical inspections and problem-solving vital to spinning operations, with organized sample storage and immediate access to communication with production areas.

Production Manager & IE Zone: The production management and industrial engineering zone serves as the operations center, providing robust workstations for detailed scheduling, efficiency monitoring, and hands-on management, all essential for successful textile manufacturing.

Second Floor

Conference Room: The upper meeting room offers privacy for strategic planning and executive meetings, featuring executive-grade finishes and durable materials suitable for extended industrial management sessions.

Workstations: Ergonomic administrative workstations support essential documentation and coordination, with specialized storage and communication tools for efficient information flow between production and management.
