Mr. Rana Ahamed’s Purbachal place required transformation into a comprehensive business headquarters that maintains residential comfort while achieving full corporate functionality. The challenge was to create a multi-departmental office environment within a residential setting that accommodates diverse professional activities, ranging from client reception to technical engineering work.
Design Philosophy
Reception: We designed an impressive business entry that guides visitors seamlessly from a residential to a professional mindset, incorporating welcoming materials and strategic lighting to establish corporate credibility while preserving the warmth of a home-based office. After passing through the reception, visitors enter the waiting area.
Waiting Area: This dedicated space serves as a comfortable buffer, allowing clients to prepare for meetings and experience the professional standards of the operation. Its quality seating and ambient elements help reduce anxiety before they transition to the conference room for more formal interactions.
Conference Room: As the central meeting space, this formal business hub is equipped with presentation capabilities and executive-level finishes. After meetings, teams or guests can move into the common area for more informal discussions or collaboration.
Common Area: This flexible multipurpose zone functions as both a staff collaboration space and an informal meeting area, promoting interaction while providing overflow capacity. From here, employees can conveniently access specialized departmental spaces such as the MD, Admin, and Engineer rooms as needed.
MD Room: The executive office embodies leadership presence through sophisticated design and strategic positioning that enables comprehensive oversight of all departments while providing privacy for high-level decisions and confidential business discussions.
Admin Room: This operational hub supports the administrative backbone of the business, featuring organized storage systems and efficient workflow arrangements that ensure smooth daily operations and document management.
Engineer Room: We designed a specialized technical workspace that accommodates the specific requirements of engineering activities, incorporating robust surfaces for plan reviews and technical equipment while maintaining connectivity to other departmental functions.
