Design Philosophy

Lobby: We designed the apartment lobby as an impressive transitional space that welcomes family and guests while establishing the residence’s sophisticated character. The layout creates an elegant first impression through carefully selected materials and lighting that reflect the family’s lifestyle aspirations, while providing practical functions such as shoe storage, coat accommodation, and clear sightlines into the primary living areas.

Entry: The entry sequence seamlessly transitions from the public corridor to the private residence through thoughtful spatial layering, maintaining security while creating a welcoming arrival experience for family members and visitors. We incorporated appropriate screening and privacy elements that protect interior views while facilitating a gracious guest reception.

Living Room: We conceived the living room as the apartment’s formal social centerpiece where the family entertains guests and celebrates special occasions. The design prioritizes a sophisticated presentation through premium furniture arrangements, elegant lighting schemes, and carefully curated decorative elements that reflect the family’s taste and cultural values. The layout strikes a balance between impressive visual impact and comfortable conversation groupings, while maintaining seamless connections to dining areas for effortless entertaining.

We incorporated premium fixtures, suitable lighting for grooming tasks, and efficient storage solutions that maintain organized and serene bathroom environments, while ensuring privacy and comfort.

Child Bed 1: The first children’s bedroom accommodates age-appropriate sleeping, study, and play functions through a flexible design that adapts to changing developmental needs. We created personalized spaces that reflect the child’s interests, incorporating educational elements, adequate storage, and comfortable study areas that support both academic success and personal growth.

Child Bed 2: The second children’s bedroom provides similar functional accommodation while allowing for individual personality expression and sibling differentiation. Guest Bed: The guest bedroom offers comfortable accommodations for visiting family and friends while maintaining flexible functionality when not in use. We designed a versatile space that serves the temporary needs of visitors while potentially accommodating a home office, hobby room, or additional storage functions that support family lifestyle requirements.

Kitchen: We designed the kitchen as the apartment’s functional heart where meal preparation, family gathering, and daily household management converge.
