Mr. Imran’s residence features an interesting vertical family zoning arrangement, with the 9th floor dedicated to parents and formal spaces, while the entire 10th floor serves as the children’s domain, comprising four bedrooms and a shared common space. This duplex arrangement provides generational separation while keeping the family connected—a smart solution for high-rise family living in Golapbagh. The prayer space integration and artificial fountain show thoughtful attention to spiritual and wellness needs.

Design Philosophy

Formal Living: We designed the formal living room as the residence’s sophisticated social centerpiece, establishing elegant entertaining environments for the family’s guests and special occasions. The layout creates impressive spatial experiences through refined furniture arrangements, sophisticated lighting design, and premium material selections that reflect cultural values and lifestyle aspirations. The space prioritizes conversation facilitation and visual impact while maintaining appropriate connections to dining areas and vertical circulation that links both residential floors.

Stairway: The internal staircase acts as both a circulation and an architectural element, connecting the family’s two-story residence and creating opportunities for visual drama and spatial interest. We designed the stairs as an elegant transition that ensures security and privacy between floors while enhancing the home’s overall aesthetic composition.
Indoor green spaces and water features bring nature inside. These elements create serene focal points, enhance air quality, and support mental well-being. Biophilic features soften urban life and provide spaces for family reflection and contemplation.

Dining Room: The dining area accommodates family meals and formal entertaining through elegant spatial planning that supports various dining occasions from intimate family gatherings to extended guest celebrations. We designed the space to facilitate gracious meal service while maintaining visual connections to kitchen functions and living areas that support contemporary open-plan entertaining.

Laundry Area: The dedicated laundry space provides essential household functions through efficient planning that accommodates washing, drying, and clothes care, while maintaining an organized and hygienic environment separated from living and sleeping areas.

Kitchen: We designed the kitchen as an efficient culinary center that supports family meal preparation and entertaining requirements through optimized workflow planning and modern appliance integration. The layout incorporates ample storage, generous counter space, and contemporary conveniences that facilitate cooking while maintaining aesthetic harmony with adjacent dining and living spaces.

Master Bedroom: The master bedroom serves as the parents’ luxurious private sanctuary on the principal residential floor, creating a comprehensive retreat environment that balances sleeping comfort with dressing, relaxation, and personal activity needs. Boy’s Bed 1: The first son’s bedroom offers a personalized, private space that accommodates sleeping, studying, and personal interests through an age-appropriate design for academic and individual growth. We balanced personal expression with practical needs, including storage, a comfortable study area, and adaptable sleeping arrangements. ity through an accessible, age-appropriate design that meets contemporary standards and ensures user comfort.

Boy’s Bed 2: The second son’s bedroom offers similar accommodations, allowing for a distinct identity while maintaining design consistency across the children’s floor.
