iTech Smart Limited’s Bangla Motor headquarters required a technology workspace that balanced efficiency and client-facing sophistication. The goal was to create a multi-departmental environment integrating customer service, executive functions, and technical workspaces, while sustaining an innovative atmosphere vital for smart technology companies.

Design Philosophy

Reception: We designed an entry point that showcases technological expertise through clean lines and modern materials, creating a professional first impression for innovative solutions.

Workstation Zones: The workstation network prioritizes collaborative efficiency while maintaining productivity. Open setups encourage knowledge sharing, and strategic positioning ensures supervision and quality across departments.

Pantry: Multiple break areas serve as informal collaboration hubs, featuring modern amenities and comfortable seating that support both refreshments and brainstorming, essential for tech innovation.

CS & Packaging Room: This zone caters to the needs of smart technology distribution, featuring robust surfaces and organized storage to support customer service documentation and product handling.

Meeting Room: The central conference space offers technical presentation capabilities and executive formality, with advanced connectivity and acoustic privacy for strategy sessions and client demonstrations.

MD Room: The Managing Director’s office shows executive authority with premium materials and generous space. Technology integration and strategic location enable organizational oversight and necessary privacy.

DMD Room: The Deputy Managing Director’s space reflects leadership while staying accessible. The office supports executive meetings and project management, with flexible furniture and direct links to key areas.

Manager Room: A dynamic hub that balances supervision with team accessibility. Transparent elements and open sightlines promote approachable leadership while providing privacy for reviews and planning.
