Travel Agency Office Interior Design - Fly Trip Overseas

Our goal was to create the 650 square feet Fly Trip Overseas office at Grand Sayed Center in Uttara, more than just a workplace; we aimed to craft an environment embodying the essence of travel—excitement, professionalism, and seamless journeys.

Design Philosophy

The design blends modern elegance with thematic elements of aviation and global exploration, making sure every part of the office reflects the company’s business identity. For an air-ticketing agent like Fly Trip Overseas, the customer experience begins before they even arrive at the airport. It starts the moment they walk into the office. BD INTERIOR’s design philosophy focused on this idea: creating a physical space that builds confidence, sparks the excitement of travel, and reassures clients about the professional, world-class service they will receive.

Strategic Space Distribution: A Blueprint for Efficiency and Experience

Reception & Waiting Lounge: This is the heart of the client-facing experience. Occupying a generous. This 25” × 15” area is open and inviting. Clients are greeted by a decorative wall featuring the company logo, which establishes a strong brand presence. Instead of a simple counter, we used a flowing, modern desk with plush seating. This area encourages relaxation and makes clients feel valued.

Work Station: This area serves as the operational hub of the office. The 15’ 3” × 20’ 1-1/6” space utilizes an open-plan design to foster collaboration among agents. Acoustic and visual separation from the client lounge ensures both privacy and focus. Upper cabinets provide ample storage to keep the workspace uncluttered.

MD’s Room: Positioned in a corner for maximum privacy, the MD’s Room (11 ′′ × 14 ′′) is the executive core. The focal point is a large world map mural behind a tailor-made, pearl-white, sleek executive desk, reinforcing the global nature of the business. The furniture is modern and and comfortable, from the unique desk to the comfortable guest seating area. The space is finished with sophisticated sculptural lighting and ample shelving for displaying accolades, creating an atmosphere of success and authority.

The Pantry: Last but not least, a well-placed slim part works as a functional buffer between reception and workstations, accessible to all staff.

Conclusion: An Ideal Air-Ticketing Office

This design succeeds on two levels. Operationally, it uses clear space demarcation to create efficiency. Experientially, each design element enhances the brand and customer journey, making this more than an office—it’s a launchpad for global travel.
