Design Philosophy
Lobby: We designed the lobby as a welcoming entry that shows the home’s refined character. This space makes a strong first impression with chosen materials and layout. It also serves practical functions for visitor reception and transition to private family areas.
Formal Living: The formal living room is Dr. Kohinoor’s main guest reception area, reflecting professional standing. We arranged refined furniture and elegant decor to show success and values. The design ensures impressive presentation for colleagues, patients’ families, and visitors, while enabling gracious conversation.
Common Toilet: The common bathroom serves guests and the household by providing easy access. It offers convenient facilities for visitors without needing access to private en-suites, raising hospitality standards and efficiency.
Family Living: The family living room is a relaxed space, separate from formal entertaining areas. It is designed for use on television, in conversation, and for daily family activities. We used practical furnishings and durable materials for children’s activities and comfort, while keeping style. Separation from the formal area lets Dr. Kohinoor maintain professionalism and ensures family comfort.
Dining Room: The dining area is designed for important family gatherings and entertaining. It features wide views, comfortable furniture, and a good layout for social interaction, striking a balance between intimacy and convenience in the kitchen.
Master Bedroom: The master bedroom is Dr. Kohinoor’s private sanctuary. It balances sleeping comfort with retreat functions needed for quality rest. We designed the space for sleeping, dressing, and relaxation with the right layout and furniture. The room stays quiet and private from household activity.
Girl’s Bedroom: We created a personalized bedroom that meets the specific developmental needs and preferences of the girl. The design combines practical study areas, ample storage, and comfortable sleeping spaces with room for personal expression and healthy growth.
Bedroom 01: The extra bedroom offers comfortable accommodation for family members. We balanced privacy and access, creating spaces for sleeping, storage, and activities that match the residence’s overall style.
Child Bedroom: The children’s bedroom is designed to support age-appropriate sleep, study, and play. We designed it to meet developmental needs, incorporating study areas, storage for belongings and toys, and comfortable beds for rest and healthy growth.
Kitchen: We designed the kitchen as a complete workspace for family meals and professional entertaining. The layout features an efficient workflow, modern appliances, and well-organized storage. It supports the family’s nutritional needs and fits the lifestyle of a medical professional in Uttara.
