Brothers LPG, Kawran Bazar

This interior project, designed on April 30, 2024, involved the Brothers LPG office in Kawran Bazar, Dhaka. The presentation showcases the entire office layout, highlighting key spaces such as the Chairman’s room, waiting lounge, reception area, workstation, and conference room.

Design Philosophy

The reception area, also the waiting lounge, establishes a contemporary and inviting atmosphere. The reception desk boasts a bold, angular design, featuring light wood and crisp vertical stripes. The prominently placed brand logo sits against angular, backlit lines, conveying a sense of innovation. Plush neutral sofas, blue accent pillows, and a round coffee table adorn the waiting area, while a large world map graphic visually anchors the wall.

The workstation is an open-plan zone designed for collaboration and productivity, embracing an industrial-modern vibe. Exposed ductwork and track lighting give the ceiling a raw, current edge, while natural wood-finished columns and accents add warmth. Desks are configured to optimize workspace for multiple users, each equipped with modern computers. Planters introduce greenery and vitality. A feature wall emblazoned with ‘Teamwork’ in a bold, artistic font expresses the office’s collaborative ethos.

The conference room projects a professional and functional image. A large central table with integrated power modules supports seamless presentations. Ergonomic chairs and walls with textured vertical panels and abstract art create a sophisticated atmosphere. Modern hexagonal pendant lights serve as architectural focal points in the lighting design.

The Chairman’s Room centers on a substantial, modern dark wood desk paired with a streamlined chair. Built-in grey cabinetry with illuminated open shelving displays decorative items and books. Neutral grey walls create a serene backdrop, drawing attention to the furnishings and art. The lighting features recessed fixtures and a striking, sculptural pendant above the desk, providing a contemporary appeal. A separate seating group—comprising a sofa, armchair, and a large television mounted on a distinct, white marble-patterned wall—provides space for informal meetings or relaxation.
