B+ Plus Saree Showroom

The B+ Showroom at Sunrise Plaza, Lalmatia, required a comprehensive retail environment that maximizes product display while creating an engaging customer experience. The design focused on optimizing spatial flow, visual merchandising, and customer service areas within the constraints of the plaza location.

Design Philosophy

South Side View: We designed the south-facing area as the primary visual anchor, drawing customers deeper into the showroom space. The layout maximizes natural light penetration while creating compelling product displays that are visible from multiple angles. The design establishes visual hierarchy through strategic product placement and lighting that guides customer movement throughout the retail environment.

North Side Entry View: The north entry serves as the primary customer gateway, designed to create immediate impact and welcoming accessibility. We prioritized clear sightlines and an intuitive wayfinding system that helps customers understand the showroom layout, while creating a lasting and impressive first impression. The design strikes a balance between openness and security considerations essential for retail operations.

The western areas offer display zones for various merchandise and browsing patterns. The design maximizes display density while allowing comfortable navigation. Flexible systems adapt to seasonal changes and promotions.

East Left Side View & East Right-Side View: The eastern display areas complement the western zones, creating distinct shopping experiences for different product categories. The design ensures a balanced customer flow throughout the showroom, providing adequate space for both individual browsing and group shopping experiences.

Trail Room View: We designed the trial room as a private and comfortable space that enhances the customer experience and supports informed purchase decisions. The layout prioritizes customer privacy and comfort while maintaining efficient space utilization. The design incorporates appropriate lighting and mirror placement that flatter customers and showcase products effectively.

Counter Corner View: The counter area serves as the transaction hub and customer service center, positioned strategically for optimal sales support and security oversight. We created an efficient workspace that accommodates payment processing, customer inquiries, and inventory management while maintaining a visual connection to the entire showroom floor.

West Right Corner View: This corner space maximizes often-underutilized retail area through creative display solutions and customer engagement zones. The design transforms the corner space into a productive retail environment while maintaining smooth traffic flow patterns.

The south counter adds customer service capacity while creating visual balance. The design provides adequate coverage for assistance and maintains clear sightlines for security and inventory.

The overhead view ensures optimal space use and customer flow throughout the retail environment. Circulation paths guide customers through all areas, preventing congestion and providing a comfortable experience.
