Design Philosophy
Lift Lobby: We designed the lift lobby as a sophisticated arrival sequence that establishes the residence’s refined character, befitting this Uttara Sector 16 address. The space manages a seamless transition from building vertical circulation to a private residence, while creating a welcoming first impression through premium material selections and elegant spatial composition.
Foyer: The foyer provides an additional entry layer that enhances the arrival experience and facilitates a smooth transition into the home’s interior spaces. We created impressive environments through the use of refined materials and thoughtful spatial design, which set aesthetic expectations while accommodating practical functions, including shoe storage and visitor orientation.
Formal Living Room: This space serves as the residence’s primary guest reception area, featuring substantial design elements. We created a sophisticated setting using refined furniture, elegant finishes, and an architectural ceiling that adds vertical interest and drama. The ceiling elevates the space above a standard living room, with layered lighting and visual definition enhancing its formal character and leaving a lasting impression on important guests.
Staircase: The internal staircase connects multiple residential levels, serving as both a functional element and an architectural feature that contributes to the home’s spatial drama.
