Design Philosophy
Lobby: We designed the lobby as an elegant entry to establish the residence’s refined character and manage arrival. Through the use of premium materials and thoughtful spatial composition, the space makes a lasting and impressive first impression. It also provides practical functions, such as welcoming visitors and ensuring a smooth transition from exterior to interior.
Living Room: As the primary social centerpiece, the living room features a dedicated ceiling design that adds architectural interest and vertical drama. By arranging furniture and applying aesthetic treatments, we balanced everyday comfort with spaces ideal for entertaining guests. This ceiling treatment elevates the space, demonstrating a commitment to architectural quality.
Corridor: The corridor is a carefully designed circulation element that connects residential zones and maintains aesthetic continuity. Its dedicated treatment highlights attention to transition spaces, using appropriate materials and lighting that enhance the spatial experience.
Dining Room: The dining area features a meal service with a ceiling design that adds architectural interest and enhances the overall experience. We supported both family dining and guest entertaining through considered furniture and planning. The ceiling gives the space a sophisticated character beyond its basic function.
Master Bedroom: The master bedroom is Mr. Maruf’s luxurious private sanctuary, featuring a spacious layout with a dedicated TV unit and walk-in closet. We balanced sleeping comfort, entertainment, and dressing functions through premium materials and refined aesthetics. The comprehensive design and amenities create a retreat.
Walk-in Closet: The walk-in closet elevates the master suite. It provides organized clothing storage and a dressing area separate from the sleeping space. We designed these efficient solutions for extensive wardrobes, ensuring pleasant dressing environments that support daily routines and maintain organization.
Master Bedroom Toilet: The ensuite features a rainfall shower, freestanding soaking tub, and heated floors within its spa-inspired setting. Premium fixtures and natural stone surfaces offer an elevated experience. The design uses soft lighting and acoustic privacy to sustain the bedroom suite’s sanctuary feel during both morning routines and evening relaxation. Boy’s Bedroom 1: The first son’s bedroom is designed to accommodate his developmental needs through a planning approach that balances education and personal expression. Study areas, storage, and comfortable sleeping arrangements support him, while the ensuite bathroom promotes independence and self-care.

Girl’s Bedroom: The daughter’s bedroom completes the accommodation strategy with a personalized design for her needs and preferences. We supported her academic and personal development with spatial planning and aesthetics, while a private ensuite ensures privacy and independence.
Girl’s Bed Toilet: The daughter’s private ensuite provides contemporary personal hygiene facilities. In doing so, it ensures she enjoys the same privacy and personal space as her brothers.
Kitchen: The layout features an efficient workflow, modern appliances, and ample storage to facilitate cooking and meet the family’s nutritional needs.
