Design Philosophy
Foyer: We designed the foyer as a sophisticated entryway that sets the tone for the apartment’s refined ambiance. Premium materials and an elegant spatial composition create a strong first impression and reflect the family’s status. This entry provides practical functions, such as visitor reception and transition, while establishing the aesthetic tone for the residence.
Living Room: The living room serves as the primary social space for both family relaxation and entertaining guests. Versatile furniture arrangements and refined treatments balance family use with impressive presentation for guests. The design supports different activities and maintains elegance, fitting Dhanmondi’s upscale character.
Dining Room: The dining area provides ample space for the large household’s meals and entertaining guests. We enhanced meal experiences for families of six or more with suitable furniture and generous space. The design supports daily meals and larger gatherings.
Corridor: We designed the corridor as a key circulation path, managing traffic between living areas and bedroom zones. Good lighting and materials keep spaces unified aesthetically while ensuring efficient connections. Careful corridor planning improves overall spatial quality.
Master Bedroom: The master bedroom provides Mr. Mizanur with a luxurious, private space for sleeping, dressing, and retreat. We utilized premium materials and refined aesthetics to achieve both comfort and function. The design ensures peace and privacy from the other bedrooms and activities.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom offers comfortable accommodations for important family members, providing generous space. We balanced sleeping, storage, and activity needs, maintaining high quality to match the home’s overall character and the occupant’s role.
Bedroom 3: The third bedroom follows the home’s spacious design, serving other family members with similar quality. We created functional, private, and accessible spaces for fair living across all bedrooms.
Bedroom 4: The fourth bedroom complements the sleeping needs, accommodating a large family, multi-generational living, or guests. Versatile spaces adapt to family changes while maintaining quality across bedrooms.
