Mr. Ajmol Hasan’s residence in Banasree features a well-organized apartment layout with a clear distinction between formal and family living areas, complemented by thoughtful amenities such as a dedicated wash basin area. The design shows comprehensive accommodation, including master, child, and guest bedrooms, while maintaining efficient spatial organization typical of planned Banasree developments.
Design Philosophy
Lift Lobby: We designed the lift lobby as the entry sequence for the apartment. It manages arrival from the building’s vertical circulation and sets the tone for the residence’s welcoming character. The space makes a positive first impression. It provides a buffer between public corridors and private family domains. Practical functions are included, such as shoe storage and guest reception.
Formal Living Room: The formal living room serves as the primary guest reception area. It is used for important social occasions and hosting visitors. We created sophisticated environments with refined furniture and aesthetics that show family values and professional status. The room is designed for both impressive presentations and comfortable conversations. It remains separate from casual family areas, so the space remains presentable for hosting without compromising daily family comfort elsewhere.
Dining Room: The dining area is a dedicated space for meals, positioned between formal and family zones. It is suitable for both guest entertaining and family dining. We designed the area to enhance meal experiences with carefully selected furniture and thoughtful spatial planning. It supports various dining scenarios, from intimate family dinners to larger gatherings.
Wash Basin Area: We added a dedicated wash basin for guests. It allows convenient hand hygiene without entry to private bathrooms. This amenity demonstrates practical hospitality and a modern awareness of hygiene. It offers comfortable hand-washing access near social areas, preserving the privacy of family bathrooms.
Family Living Room: The family living room is a relaxed gathering space, distinct from formal entertaining areas. It is used for TV, casual conversation, and family activities. We designed it with practical furnishings and durable materials to accommodate children and informal life, while keeping aesthetic quality. The separation from formal zones enables hosting and family activities simultaneously, without spatial conflicts.
Kitchen: We designed the kitchen as a full culinary workspace. It supports both family meal prep and entertaining. The layout includes efficient workflow, modern appliances, and ample storage. It ensures convenient service to dining and family areas, while meeting nutritional needs and hosting occasions.
Master Bedroom: The master bedroom is a private sanctuary for parents. It provides both restful sleep and a personal retreat. We focused on maximizing comfort for sleeping, dressing, and relaxation through smart planning and thoughtful furnishing. The room maintains a peaceful atmosphere and ensures privacy from children’s and household spaces.
Child Bedroom: The children’s bedroom accommodates sleeping, studying, and playing needs. Its flexible design supports development. We balanced educational needs and personal expression. Study areas support homework. Storage and sleeping arrangements are suitable for growing children and ensure a restful night’s sleep.
Guest Bedroom: The guest bedroom provides a comfortable temporary stay for family and friends. It is versatile when unused, adapting as a home office or hobby room. We designed it for visitor needs and alternate uses. Flexible utility maximizes the value of space within the apartment’s configuration.
